Law Firm is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their team in the Gwinnett office. This position requires one to two years of experience in real estate, although the exact amount is flexible. The lawyer will be working under the direct supervision of a Managing Attorney and will be responsible for a variety of tasks.
The Associate Attorney will be tasked with conducting residential real estate closings, initiating wires, assisting with title clearance, and escrow account reconciliation. The position will also require some travel for closings or to assist in other local offices. For this position, it is required that the candidate is a Notary Public, or that they become one upon employment.
